Important to Know
Our primary base is the Te Anau Downs wharf. Transport to rivers on Lake Te Anau’s Middle and North arms will depart from there. It’s 28km along the Milford Sound Road and offers plenty of free car parking. Please contact us if you need help arranging transport to the Wharf from Te Anau.
Please contact us in plenty of time to arrange transport to rivers and fishing spots accessed via other Fiordland Lakes to avoid disappointment at peak times.
All fishing in backcountry Fiordland requires a current fishing licence and a clean gear certificate.
